• Conversations: messages, chat history, and AI mentor interactions
• User content: text, screenshots, journal entries, mood data, pattern notes, and Receipts Vault uploads
• Voice data: live voice audio and transcripts processed for voice calls (voice audio is not stored by AskJenna after processing)
• Mentor memories: personalized context derived from your conversations
• Payment data: subscription status and transaction receipts (we do not store full payment card numbers)
• Device data: push notification tokens and basic device information
• Usage data: anonymized analytics and crash reports to improve reliability

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve AskJenna, including to:

• Provide AI mentoring, analysis, and relationship insights
• Process voice calls, transcription, and text-to-speech responses
• Store and sync your conversations, journal, and mentor memories
• Manage subscriptions, billing, and account access
• Send push notifications you opt into
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve the Service using anonymized, aggregated analytics

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your conversations to train public AI models.

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Secure authentication via Supabase
• Access controls limiting employee access to production data
• PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe, Apple, and Google
• Data processing agreements with all third-party providers

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@askjenna.ai.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time:

Method 1: In-app

Settings → Data & Account → Delete Account.

Method 2: Email

Email contact@askjenna.ai with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. We verify and delete within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

AskJenna is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact contact@askjenna.ai.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your residence, including the United States. We use appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, and encryption.
