Please read these terms carefully before using AskJenna AI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Key Points
- You must be 18+ to use AskJenna
- AskJenna is an AI relationship coach, not a licensed clinician
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You own your content; we need a license to provide the service
- Do not rely on AskJenna for emergency or crisis situations
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AskJenna AI application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and AskJenna AI.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service
- If using on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization
- We may modify these Terms with reasonable notice
2. Service Description
AskJenna AI is an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform. The Service includes:
- AI conversational mentoring (Jenna and Coco)
- Text and screenshot analysis for communication patterns
- Red flag detection and behavioral pattern identification
- Mood tracking, pattern notes, and emotional shift analysis
- Relationship pattern timeline and insights
- Voice call interactions with AI mentors
- Personalized mentor memory

AskJenna is NOT a substitute for licensed clinical care, legal advice, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
3. User Accounts
Account creation
- Full functionality requires registration with accurate information
- You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
Account deletion
Delete your account in-app via Settings → Data & Account → Delete Account, or email contact@askjenna.ai. Data is removed within 30 days. Account deletion does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions automatically.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free tier
Limited daily messages and features with usage limits that reset daily.
Paid subscriptions
- Premium features via Diamond and Starter plans
- Billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends
- Cancel anytime; access continues until period end
Payment processing
- iOS: Apple ID billing. Manage in Apple ID Account Settings. Unused free trial forfeited on purchase.
- Android: Google Play billing. Manage in Google Play account settings.
- Web: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
Refunds
- iOS/Android: handled by Apple and Google
- Web (Stripe): 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Contact contact@askjenna.ai for web refund requests
Price changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next billing cycle.
5. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it to provide the Service.
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Submit defamatory, obscene, or violent material
- Manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI system
- Upload malicious code
- Impersonate others or use the Service commercially without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including design, features, AI models, branding, and logos, is owned by AskJenna AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute AI-generated responses.
7. AI Disclaimer & Limitations
Critical disclaimer
AskJenna AI is for relationship coaching and informational purposes only. It is NOT a licensed clinician, medical professional, legal advisor, or financial advisor.
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- Red flag detection is algorithmic, not a professional evaluation
- Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional help in crisis situations

8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to harass, stalk, generate hateful content, scrape the Service, circumvent usage limits, create multiple accounts for abuse, resell access, or interfere with infrastructure.
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service, cancel subscriptions, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskJenna AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for decisions based on AI advice, emotional distress, inaccurate analysis, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AskJenna AI against claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.
12. Dispute Resolution
Contact legal@askjenna.ai first to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules) in Delaware, USA, or by video conference.
Class action waiver
Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only, not as a class action.
Governing law: State of Delaware, United States.
13. General Provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
